Mergers & Acquisitions Associate

Have onboarded multiple large partners in past for growing the business faster
Aggressive in chasing all the possible verticals & opportunities to increase the reach through a partnership mode

Deal Sourcing – Find target companies that fit the mandate (Deal Scouting)
Shortlist – Independently take the first meeting with the founders
Conduct basic Due diligence and valuation before LOI
Prepare IM dockets for the shortlisted deals

Required Candidate profile

Final Year MBA student (IIMs) or CA
Self Starter
Excellent Financial Modelling and Presentation skills (You live and breathe Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
