Terms & Conditions : Paid Newsletter Subscription

1. Provision of Leads: Hula Global agrees to provide leads to subscribers of the monthly newsletter. However, it is explicitly stated that Hula Global does not guarantee the closure of any orders resulting from these leads. You can always opt for once-a-month, free newsletter by signing up here. Please note that you will only receive a summary of open inquiries and not the details. In order for you to get the details of each leads. 1. Leads provided through the newsletter subscription cannot be transferred or jointly owned. They are assigned on a company basis, and subscribers may only utilize the leads within the same company.
2. Hula Global retains exclusive rights to the leads provided. Any subscriber found distributing leads to third parties will have their subscription cancelled immediately, with no refund issued.
3. By virtue of this agreement, Hula Global expressly reserves the discretion to facilitate the introduction between the parties herein, such introduction being contingent upon the sole determination of Hula Global representatives. Accordingly, the decision to effectuate an introduction to the buyer rests entirely within the purview of Hula Global and its designated representatives.

2. Subscription duration and validity:

1. Quarterly and annual subscriptions commence on the 1st of the month and remain valid until the last day of the same month. For instance, if a subscription is purchased on the 1st of April, 5th of April, or 19th of April, the subscription is valid for the entire month, from the 1st to the 30th of April.
2. Quarterly and annual Subscriptions purchased on the 21st of the month or later will be counted from the 1st of the following month, and the remaining days until the end of the current month will be granted free of charge.
3. Subscribers who frequently purchase subscriptions in the middle of the month are advised to consider opting for a quarterly subscription instead of a monthly subscription for more value and convenience. Only monthly subscriptions are on month-to-month basis.

3. Blacklisting of Subscribers: Hula Global reserves the right to blacklist subscribers who engage in unfair trade practices, including but not limited to:

1. Bait & Switch: Quoting one offer and subsequently switching to another offer.
2. Low-balling: Quoting unrealistically low prices that cannot be achieved, only to later revert to higher prices.

4. Refund Policy for Blacklisted Subscribers: Subscribers who are blacklisted due to engaging in unfair trade practices as outlined above will not be entitled to a refund of their subscription amount.

5. Responsibility for Order Closure: 

1. Hula Global explicitly disclaims responsibility for closing any orders resulting from the provided leads. Subscribers will receive a go/no-go decision, but the responsibility for pitching an offer and closing the order lies solely with the subscriber.
2. The closure of leads is contingent upon the quotations provided by subscribers. Hula Global bears no responsibility for closing deals or providing feedback on leads. Therefore, no refunds will be issued on such grounds.

6. Support Provision: Support will be provided by email with a turnaround time of 3 to 5 working days. No support will be provided via phone or in-person office visits unless specified otherwise. In-person office visits and phone support are provided exclusively to vendors under the Gold Plan.

7. Consent to Communication : By contacting us or downloading any materials from our website, you grant us the right to contact you in the future via email regarding our products, services, promotions, and updates. You may opt out of these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails. You are advised to review our privacy policy as well. You can also unsubscribe from all your communication using the unsubscribe link on our website.

Limitation of Liability : In no event shall our company, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website, newsletter or the materials contained therein.

18. Eligibility : Our paid newsletter subscription offer is exclusively valid for apparel manufacturing units. Intermediaries, buying agents, and other sourcing offices are not eligible for subscription. Subscribers must provide proof of their manufacturing facility along with their company profile to validate their eligibility.

19. Certification requirements: Each order may have different eligibility criteria, including certifications such as SEDEX, GOTS, or others. While efforts are made to communicate certification requirements in the initial emails, Hula Global does not accept responsibility for any changes in terms and conditions regarding certification requirements over time.

20. Work references : 

1. When quoting for a particular order, subscribers must provide three references of clients for whom they have completed similar work within the last 18 months. For example, if quoting for a women’s dress order, references for similar work must be provided. This clause is non-negotiable.
2. If subscribers quote for an order without providing relevant past work references, Hula Global will not be responsible for sharing their quotation with the buyer.
3. Hula Global reserves the right to verify the references provided by subscribers. If incorrect references are identified, the subscriber will receive a warning, and their eligibility to quote for that particular business inquiry will be revoked. If incorrect references are provided again after the first warning, the subscriber’s subscription will be cancelled, and any outstanding payments will be forfeited.

21. Indemnification : 

1. By accessing or using our website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any disputes that may arise if you contact the factories whose information is provided by us. We do not endorse or guarantee the products or services of these factories, and any interactions or transactions with them are solely at your own risk.

Along the same lines, Hula Global Fashions Private Limited cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the website i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Hula Global Fashions Private Limited cannot accept responsibility.
