Development Charges

• Sample charges are refundable only when placing a Production Purchase Order (PO). The amount of refund would depend on the PO value as stated below.
• Above charges are for reference only – for basic round neck tees. Each style and sample is different and we recommend that you get in touch with us to get the sampling price for your garments. You can contact us here. 
• Sampling includes only the garments. Label, accessories, trims require certain MOQs that cannot be fulfilled during the sampling process.
• Courier charges are not refundable.
• Sampling and product development fees is non-refundable if Purchase Order is not placed.
• Minimum 5 Styles are required for development and Ideas plan
• Discount of 25% applicable for 10 Styles and above
• Discount of 50% applicable for 20 Styles and above
• These sampling charges are for basic styles. 
• All or some Sampling charges refunded & adjusted when you place the purchase order.
• For PO value above $25k USD, 100% sampling charges are adjusted from the PO value
• For PO value above $10k USD and below $25k USD – 50% sampling cost is adjusted
• For PO value under $10k USD, no sampling cost is adjusted
• There is an upper limit on the sampling cost reimbursement for sampling costs above $500. For sampling costs above $500 USD, only 2% of the total invoice value is reimbursable and allowed to be adjusted from the final purchase order invoice.
