This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, cancellations, deferrals, and payment-related matters are handled across the various services offered by Hula Global Fashions Private Limited (“Hula Global”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the applicable service agreement or purchase order shall prevail.
1. General Principles
- All payments made to Hula Global are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Refund eligibility varies by service category
- Verbal assurances, emails, or informal messages do not override this Policy
- All timelines are calculated in calendar days
2. Educational Programs
(Masterclass & Bootcamp)
2.1 No Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided for:
- Masterclass
- Bootcamp
- Any associated educational materials, recordings, or access
This applies regardless of:
- Attendance or non-attendance
- Change in personal circumstances
- Business outcomes or expectations
2.2 Rollover / Deferral Policy (Goodwill Accommodation)
- Participants may request a one-time rollover to the next available Bootcamp or Masterclass
- The next session typically occurs within 1–2 months
- Rollover is subject to:
- Seat availability
- Request made before the program concludes
⚠️ Important:
- Rollover is a discretionary accommodation, not a contractual right
- No cash refund or credit is issued if rollover is unused
3. Manufacturing & Private Label Services
(Co-Pilot Program & Private Label Program)
Manufacturing services are custom, made-to-order, and B2B in nature.
3.1 No Refund on Custom Orders
- No refunds or cancellations are permitted once:
- Samples are approved, or
- Production has commenced, or
- Goods have been shipped
This includes but is not limited to:
- Sampling fees
- Bulk production orders
- Custom fabric or trims
3.2 Pre-Production Changes
- Changes may be requested only before sample approval
- Any approved changes may result in:
- Revised timelines
- Additional costs
3.3 Shipping & Logistics
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Delays or losses caused by logistics partners are governed by the carrier’s policies
- Hula Global does not guarantee delivery timelines
4. Surplus Liquidation Transactions
Surplus Liquidation operates under separate commercial terms and is treated as a distinct transaction category.
4.1 Advance Deposit
- Buyers must pay an advance deposit of 10% of the order value or USD 2,500 (whichever is higher)
- The deposit covers:
- Inventory existence verification
- Quantity confirmation
⚠️ The advance deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
4.2 Scope of Verification
- Verification is limited to:
- Existence of inventory
- Quantity confirmation
- Quality checks are expressly excluded
4.3 Balance Payment & Dispatch
- Remaining balance must be paid in full before dispatch
- Once dispatched:
- No refunds
- No returns
- No chargebacks
Goods are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Media, Branded Content & Partnerships
(Write for Us, Sponsored Posts, Branded Collaborations)
- Payments for:
- Sponsored articles
- Branded placements
- Media partnerships
are non-refundable once work has commenced
- If content is rejected due to:
- Violation of editorial guidelines
- Legal or compliance concerns
no refund is issued
6. Cancellations by Hula Global
Hula Global reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to:
- Force majeure events
- Operational constraints
- Insufficient participation (for educational programs)
In such cases, we may, at our discretion:
- Offer rescheduling
- Offer rollover
- Offer partial or full refund (where legally required)
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access
- Legal recovery actions
- Users are encouraged to contact hello@hulaglobal.com before initiating disputes
8. Taxes & Fees
- All refunds (if applicable) are exclusive of:
- Taxes
- Payment gateway fees
- Currency conversion charges
These costs are non-refundable.
