The Supplier Problem

The fashion industry wasn't built for you. We're fixing that.

  • You send emails. No reply.
  • You ask for samples. They come back wrong.
  • You ask for MOQs. They quote 5,000 units when you can only afford 500.
  • You request product costing. It doesn't match your budget.

This isn't your fault. The fashion supply chain is built for experienced buyers. The entire industry rewards volume — and punishes beginners.

Co-Pilot solves this with guided, structured support through your entire first production.

Red Flags & Risk Checks

We flag potential issues before they become expensive mistakes.

How We Price

Complete cost transparency. No hidden fees.

Variable Cost

The actual cost of manufacturing your product — fabric, labor, trims, packaging.

This changes based on:

  • Product complexity
  • Fabric choice
  • Order quantity
  • Finishing (printing, embroidery)

Fixed Cost

Our infrastructure, management, QC, and support throughout production.

This covers:

  • Factory coordination
  • Sample development management
  • QC inspections
  • Timeline & risk management

Why this matters: Most suppliers hide margins inside per-unit pricing. You never know what you're actually paying for. With Co-Pilot, you see exactly where your money goes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know about the program.

What are the MOQs for Co-Pilot? +
There's no single answer — MOQs depend on your product, fabric choice, and category. At the SKU level, we can go as low as 100 pieces per SKU for basic products. But fabric minimums may require higher total quantities. During application review, we'll give you realistic MOQ expectations for your specific product.
How long does sampling take? +
1-2 weeks for sample production + shipping time (1-2 weeks from India to US/UK/Australia). Factor in 1 month total for the complete sampling process. For complex products, allow 6-8 weeks.
Do you handle fabrics? +
Yes. If you're part of Co-Pilot, we provide MOQ guidance for fabrics by type. If your preferred fabric has high minimums, we recommend alternatives. But the final decision is yours — we're your supplier, not your decision-maker.
Are you a supplier or an intermediary? +
We're a full-package supplier. We manage the entire value chain — from fabric and yarn sourcing to dyeing, knitting, stitching, and delivery to your doorstep. We're not commission agents. We take responsibility for the product at every stage.
Do you ship worldwide? +
We currently serve: US, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE, and Europe. We do not serve: Africa or the Indian subcontinent (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan).
Do I need to be an expert to join Co-Pilot? +
No. But it helps to have some basics. If you're completely new, we recommend starting with the Bootcamp first. It'll prepare you for Co-Pilot — and if you join Co-Pilot after Bootcamp, we refund your full Bootcamp fee.
Do you design or create tech packs? +
Our designers work for private label customers (25,000+ unit orders). For Co-Pilot, we do not design from scratch. But if your tech packs need refinement or redevelopment, we offer that as an additional paid service.
What's the difference between Co-Pilot and Private Label? +
Co-Pilot: Low-MOQ program (100+ units per SKU). Guided support. Transparent pricing (variable + fixed). Private Label: High-volume program (25,000+ units). Full design team. Single bundled pricing. Co-Pilot is for beginners and small brands. Private Label is for established brands scaling production.
