One partner. One supply chain.

From your tech pack to your doorstep.

Our accelerator program is designed to support creators and solo-entrepreneurs to start and scale a fashion brand from scratch. As a founder, we want you to focus only on creating awesome products and spend more time building your business instead of repeating the mistakes that other business owners did when they were starting their journey. Our team works as your mentor during the crucial early stages of your brand development.

The problem

Building a collection shouldn't mean building a supply chain.

A fashion brand may have to coordinate fabric suppliers, sample developers, manufacturers, quality inspectors, packaging suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents and last-mile logistics providers.

And when something goes wrong, the question becomes: Who is actually responsible?

Hula Global was built to change that.

The Hula model

One supplier. The entire journey.

Once your designs and tech packs are ready, Hula Global can coordinate the supply chain that follows — from first sample through sourcing, production, quality, finishing, shipment and agreed delivery scope.

Product development
01 · Product development

Turn your designs into production-ready products.

You bring the concept, designs and tech packs. We help take them through development — from material selection and construction decisions to sampling, revisions and production readiness.

  • Fabric & material sourcing
  • Initial samples and development revisions
  • Technical coordination against specifications
  • Production feasibility considerations

The goal isn't simply to make a sample. It's to make a sample that can actually move into production.

02 · Sourcing & manufacturing

The right factory for the right product.

Hula Global works through a network of manufacturing partners across apparel categories, allowing products to be matched with appropriate production capabilities rather than forcing every product into the same factory.

  • Knits and wovens
  • Activewear and fashion apparel
  • Uniforms and workwear
  • Printing, embroidery and finishing capabilities

Your product determines the production solution — not the other way around.

Quality control
03 · Quality control

Quality isn't someone else's problem.

When multiple suppliers are involved, quality can become a grey area. Hula Global coordinates quality against agreed specifications and parameters throughout production, helping identify issues before finished goods leave the supply chain.

  • Agreed specifications and quality parameters
  • Production-stage checks where applicable
  • Final inspection before dispatch
  • One supply-chain partner coordinating the process
We don't just manufacture the product. We take responsibility for the process that produces it.
04 · Finishing & packaging

Your product isn't finished when it leaves the sewing line.

Finishing, labelling and packaging can have just as much impact on the final customer experience as the garment itself.

  • Finishing and required treatments
  • Labels and tags
  • Folding and packing
  • Cartons and brand-specific packaging requirements

Production → Finished Goods → Ready to Ship

05 · Logistics & customs

We don't stop at the factory gate.

For international brands, production is only half the journey. Hula can coordinate the movement of finished goods through freight and customs clearance and, where agreed, through to destination delivery.

06 · Financing support

Manufacturing needs cash before it creates cash.

Growing brands often have a timing problem: production needs to be paid for before inventory is sold. Where applicable, Hula can help brands explore structured payment and financing solutions around production requirements.

Why Hula Global

One supplier changes everything.

You still have a network of specialists behind the scenes. But you don't need to manage the entire network yourself.

Hula Global acts as the supply-chain partner coordinating the moving pieces behind your order.

More suppliers don't necessarily give you more control. Sometimes they just give you more people to manage.

Founder
A founder-led supply chain

“We know what happens when the supply chain becomes the problem.”

When I started my own fashion brand, I thought my biggest challenge would be building the product.

I quickly discovered that the product was only the beginning. There were suppliers to coordinate, samples to develop, production to manage, quality to check, shipments to arrange and countless small decisions in between.

That experience eventually became the foundation for Hula Global.

We built Hula to become the supply-chain partner we wished we had.
