Wrong manifests. Fake claims. Unverified stock. No transparency.
Most surplus buyers face uncertainty at every turn. Liquidation gives you verified factory surplus — box-packed, fresh inventory, pennies on the dollar — with complete transparency and deal-holding guarantees.
Liquidation Program
Factory surplus vs. retail surplus: Not the same.
✕ Retail Surplus
Returns from Amazon, Target, Myntra, other retailers. Customers tried it, didn't fit, returned it.
Risk:
- Damaged or defective
- Used or worn
- Mixed quality lots
- Unknown sizes
✓ Factory Surplus
Box-packed inventory that never left the factory. Fresh production. Never reached retailers.
Why it exists:
- Stitching/fitting rejected at QC
- Missed deadlines, cancelled orders
- Brand bankruptcies or payment defaults
- Overproduction or fabric changes
We only deal in factory surplus. Box-packed. Fresh. Verified inventory.
How we remove uncertainty from surplus.
Liquidation ExplainedKaran walks through exactly how the Liquidation program works — how we verify inventory, hold deals, send samples, and coordinate third-party inspection before you pay.
Join the Liquidation ProgramWho the Liquidation program is ideal for.
Resellers
You buy bulk, sell to retailers or online. You need verified inventory at pennies on the dollar.
Importers
You import large volumes, distribute locally. You need deal-holding guarantees and transparent manifests.
Surplus Traders
You specialize in liquidation. You know the game — you just need verified deals and fast decision windows.
- The decision-maker (not dependent on someone else's approval)
- Ready with capital (surplus deals are cash-and-carry with no credit)
- Able to make fast decisions (surplus deals move in hours, not weeks)
How Liquidation actually works.
Self-representation vs. Hula Global representation.
Self-Representation
You have someone on the ground in India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, or Sri Lanka who can receive samples and make decisions on your behalf.
You handle:
- Sample receipt locally & logistics coordination
- No deposit required
Hula Global Representation
We represent you on the ground. We verify inventory, send samples, hold deals, arrange third-party inspection, coordinate logistics.
Cost:
- $2,500 deposit OR 10% of invoice value (whichever is higher)
- This deposit offsets your final invoice — it's not a fee.
What Hula Representation includes:
- Physical inventory verification
- Sample charges for 5 deals included (6th deal onward: $500/deal)
- Third-party inspection coordination
- Deal holding (deposit blocks inventory for you)
- 48-hour decision window after sample delivery
Excludes: Logistics charges, courier costs, third-party inspection fees.
How the deposit & invoice math works.
Example 1 : $25,000 Deal
25,000 units × $1 = $25,000 invoice
- 10% deposit = $2,500
- You've already paid $2,500 to hold the deal
Example 2 : $40,000 Deal
40,000 units × $1 = $40,000 invoice
- 10% deposit = $4,000
- You've paid $2,500, need $1,500 more to hold
Your deposit is never a fee — it always offsets your final invoice.
What happens if you don't close any deals?
Your $2,500 deposit is valid for 2 years OR 5 deals (whichever comes first).
After 1 year with no closed deals, you get:
- Option 1: One year of complimentary access (normally $899)
- Option 2: Apply for Co-Pilot when you're ready to manufacture
Note: Cash refunds are not possible due to India's capital control regulations.
