- Sample charges are refundable only when placing a Production Purchase Order (PO). The amount of refund depends on the PO value as stated below.
- Above charges are for reference only – for basic round neck tees. Each style and sample is different; contact us for the sampling price for your garments.
- Sampling includes only the garments. Label, accessories, and trims require certain MOQs that cannot be fulfilled during the sampling process.
- Courier charges are not refundable.
- Sampling and product development fees are non-refundable if a Purchase Order is not placed.
- Minimum 5 styles are required for the Development and IDEAS plans.
- Discount of 25% applicable for 10 styles and above.
- Discount of 50% applicable for 20 styles and above.
- For PO value above $25k USD, 100% sampling charges are adjusted from the PO value.
- For PO value above $10k and below $25k USD, 50% sampling cost is adjusted.
- For PO value under $10k USD, no sampling cost is adjusted.
