The fashion supply chain wasn’t built for beginners.
Co-Pilot gives you factory access, realistic MOQs, and guided support through your entire first production — so you’re not figuring it out alone.
Co-Pilot solves this with guided, structured support through your entire first production.

We find the right factory in our network that’s compatible with your product and journey.
We structure MOQs that fit your budget, factoring in SKU minimums and fabric constraints.
Detailed breakdown: variable cost + fixed cost . No surprises.
If your fabric has high MOQs, we recommend alternatives that fit your budget.
Predictable production schedules so you can plan marketing in sync.
Feedback on tech packs included (full redevelopment available as paid add-on).
The actual cost of manufacturing your product — fabric, labor, trims, packaging.
Our infrastructure, management, QC, and support throughout production.
Why this matters: Most suppliers hide margins inside per-unit pricing. You never know what you’re actually paying for. With Co-Pilot, you see exactly where your money goes.
Starting in 2026, we’re limiting intake to ensure every founder gets the attention they need.
If you’ve completed the Hula Global Bootcamp and you join Co-Pilot, we refund your entire Bootcamp fee ($1499) when you start production with us.
The Bootcamp becomes free if you execute with us.

Co-Pilot is selection-based. We review applications weekly. If your project is ready, we’ll reach out within 5-7 business days.

There’s no single answer — MOQs depend on your product, fabric choice, and category. At the SKU level, we can go as low as 100 pieces per SKU for basic products. But fabric minimums may require higher total quantities. During application review, we’ll give you realistic MOQ expectations for your specific product.
1-2 weeks for sample production + shipping time (1-2 weeks from India to US/UK/Australia). Factor in 1 month total for the complete sampling process. For complex products, allow 6-8 weeks.
Yes. If you’re part of Co-Pilot, we provide MOQ guidance for fabrics by type. If your preferred fabric has high minimums, we recommend alternatives. But the final decision is yours — we’re your supplier, not your decision-maker.
We’re a full-package supplier. We manage the entire value chain — from fabric and yarn sourcing to dyeing, knitting, stitching, and delivery to your doorstep. We’re not commission agents. We take responsibility for the product at every stage.
We currently serve: US, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE, and Europe. We do not serve: Africa or the Indian subcontinent (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan).
No. But it helps to have some basics. If you’re completely new, we recommend starting with the Bootcamp first. It’ll prepare you for Co-Pilot — and if you join Co-Pilot after Bootcamp, we refund your full Bootcamp fee ($1,299).
Our designers work for private label customers (25,000+ unit orders). For Co-Pilot, we do not design from scratch. But if your tech packs need refinement or redevelopment, we offer that as an additional paid service.
Co-Pilot: Low-MOQ program (100+ units per SKU). Guided support. Transparent pricing (variable + fixed).
Private Label: High-volume program (25,000+ units). Full design team. Single bundled pricing.
Co-Pilot is for beginners and small brands. Private Label is for established brands scaling production.
