1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://hulaglobal.com and all services, programs, content, and commercial engagements offered by Hula Global Fashions Private Limited (“Hula Global”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the website or engaging with any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or Services.



2. Scope of Services

Hula Global operates across the following business verticals:

  1. Masterclass – Educational sessions for entrepreneurs
  2. Bootcamp – Structured education and mentorship programs
  3. Co-Pilot Program – Manufacturing and sourcing support for clothing brands
  4. Private Label Program – Clothing manufacturing and private label services
  5. Surplus Liquidation – Facilitation of surplus inventory transactions
  6. Write for Us & Branded Partnerships – Media, guest posts, and promotional collaborations

Each vertical may be governed by separate proposals, purchase orders, or agreements, which shall prevail in case of conflict.



3. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, videos, blogs, frameworks, checklists, manufacturer lists, databases, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Hula Global, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit website content
  • Extract or reuse proprietary manufacturer data or sourcing lists
  • Create derivative works without prior written consent

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.



4. Educational Programs (Masterclass & Bootcamp)

  • Educational content is provided for informational and educational purposes only
  • We do not guarantee business success, profitability, or outcomes
  • Access may be delivered via third-party platforms (e.g. Circle), governed by their own terms

Refunds & Participation

  • No refunds are provided for Masterclass or Bootcamp once purchased
  • Participants may request a one-time rollover to the next available Bootcamp (typically within 1–2 months), subject to availability
  • Rollover is a discretionary accommodation, not a contractual entitlement

All materials, recordings, and frameworks are proprietary and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.



5. Manufacturing & Private Label Services (B2B)

For Co-Pilot and Private Label engagements:

  • All commercial terms are governed by individual purchase orders, proposals, or contracts
  • Clients are responsible for approving samples and specifications prior to bulk production
  • Manufacturing timelines, materials, and logistics may be affected by external factors
  • Hula Global does not guarantee resale success or market performance

Any conflict shall be resolved in accordance with the signed commercial agreement.



6. Surplus Liquidation Transactions

Surplus Liquidation operates under a separate commercial process and is governed by individual purchase terms.

Key terms include:

  • Buyers are required to pay an advance deposit of 10% of the order value or USD 2,500 (whichever is higher)
  • The advance deposit allows Hula Global to verify existence and quantity of inventory only
  • Quality assessment is expressly excluded
  • Upon confirmation, the remaining balance must be paid in full before dispatch
  • Goods are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Hula Global does not act as an escrow agent and does not assume responsibility for resale outcomes.



7. Manufacturer Lists, Checklists & Blog Content

  • Manufacturer lists and sourcing resources are provided for informational purposes only
  • We do not endorse or guarantee any listed factory or supplier
  • Any engagement with third-party manufacturers is undertaken at your own risk

You agree to indemnify Hula Global against any disputes arising from such engagements.



8. Media, Guest Posts & Branded Partnerships

  • Guest posts and sponsored content are governed by separate editorial or commercial guidelines
  • Publication does not imply endorsement
  • Logos, trademarks, and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners
  • Valid takedown requests will be honoured upon proof of ownership



9. Communications

By contacting us or downloading resources, you may receive service-related or marketing communications, subject to applicable law.

You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Payments & Shipping

  • Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe)
  • Shipping is handled by third-party carriers
  • Delivery timelines are not guaranteed
  • Risk allocation is governed by the applicable purchase order or agreement




11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Hula Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not responsible for third-party platforms, suppliers, or service providers



12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or Services for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misuse of content or IP
  • Unlawful or abusive conduct




13. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.



14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
